We host them in beautiful 5-star hotels—just large enough to accommodate our group, but not so big that it feels like a faceless trade show. This size encourages smooth-flowing discussions, and ensures that everyone has the opportunity to connect with everyone at the event.

Who we are

Founded in 2004 and based in London, OpenRoom launched with a business forum in India, initially focusing on oil and gas. Since then, we've expanded to include events in retail, dental, pharmacy and veterinary. In 2023, CloserStill Media, organiser of market-leading business events around the world, acquired a major stake in the company.

Our team is eager to produce high quality events with real value. We focus on building personal, lasting relationships with delegates not just in the build-up to the event, but onsite too, ensuring everyone has the best experience possible. We think this sets us apart from other event organisers, and it's why our delegates return year after year. We embrace an entrepreneurial spirit, seeking and acting on feedback.
