Anthony leads the delivery of the RCVS strategic ambition to become a Royal College with leadership and innovation at its heart. In this role Anthony is responsible for RCVS Leadership, a wide-ranging initiative, inspired by Vet Futures. RCVS Leadership supports the development of veterinary professionals’ leadership skills helping them to thrive in the uncertain and complex environment of life in everyday practice, and to take control of our own futures. Anthony has worked at the RCVS for nine years delivering key projects. Anthony holds an MBA with Distinction from Warwick Business School (2016), an MA (Hons) in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Edinburgh (2004) and the CIPR Diploma in Public Relations (2009).

Andrew qualified as a veterinary surgeon from Bristol Vet School in 1990. He worked for several years in mixed practice in the UK. In 2000 he moved to Bayer Animal Health where he became Marketing Manager for the UK and Ireland. In 2006 Andrew joined XLVets, a collaborative community of independently owned veterinary practices, committed to working together to share knowledge, skills and resources. As Chief Executive of XLVet UK Ltd he has led a team that has created a range of services and initiatives that enable the XLVet membership to first define and then deliver “excellence in practice”.

Charles MacBain is Executive Chairman of Three Plus Group Oy (“TPG”), the leading veterinary and healthcare SaaS company in the Nordics. TPG’s core products include Provet Cloud, the leading cloud-based veterinary practice management software in Europe and Diarium, the leading cloud-based practice management software for therapists in Finland. Prior to joining TPG, Charles was Vice President at Pamoja Capital, a private investment group based in Geneva and a management consultant at Booz & Company in New York where he focused on healthcare and software. He holds a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School and is fluent in French and English.

Tim qualified from Glasgow University Veterinary School in 2000, and sat on Minster’s practice standards committee from 2008-2014. In 2009 became a partner within the practice. He represents VetPartners on the Major Employers Group. Tim is Director of Regulatory and Professional Affairs and a member of the Senior Management Team. He co-Chairs the clinical board.
Penelope Fox - Group Practice Manager, Blacks Vets
Penny joined Blacks Vets in January 2016 as Head of Client Experience and Technology after 15 years working in a variety of management positions. This was followed by a career change into the world of Secondary Education, teaching Business Studies and IT whilst also coordinating support for students with special educational needs.
