The exponential increase of data storage needs and the ever important focus on energy efficiency has set the data centre services industry on a huge trajectory for growth, with an annual increase of 6.3% forecast over the next five years.

A refreshing change from the traditional conference and exhibition, DataCentre MENA is based around the summit format of one-to-ones, bringing open dialogue and quality time with a carefully selected group of experts and the opportunity to source new technologies and services.  It enables delegates to identify advances in design, power and cooling – and opens the door to new business opportunities.

I was unsure of the value of this type of event, but I was pleasantly surprised - the format worked very well, and was valuable to both myself and the vendors I engaged with.
