OpenRoom proudly sponsor the Fathers@Brandston 700mile cycle ride

OpenRoom’s Non- Executive Director Chris Seery will be one of the 9 fathers taking part in the 700mile, 9 day cycle ride from John O’Groats to Brandeston School, Suffolk to raise funds for Each – East Anglia’s Children Hospice and Bowl & Cancer research.

The team depart for Scotland on the 8th June, and will be cycling 70miles a day to arrive at Branston on 17th June, Fathers Day. They aim to raise at least £50,000 for the chosen charities.

Local charity, Each, supports families and cares for children and young people with life-threaten conditions across East Anglia.

Bowel & Cancer research is a unique organisation that has 3 unique aims, to improve survival rates for bowl cancer, to investigate the causes, effect and treatment of bowl disorders, to improve the quality of life of patients suffering with a range of bowl disorders.
