C-Store Forum 2013 - 10-11 June 2013, Cannes
The C-Store Forum which now runs every two years, makes a welcome return in June 2013, this time to the glamorous city of Cannes on the French Riviera.
According to the latest research from IGD, the outlook for convenience stores is positive with sales set to soar by nearly a third to £44bn in the next five years. The sector continues to grow at twice the rate of the rest of the UK retail market, as customers seek to spend less per shopping trip and cut down on their fuel costs.
This optimism is mirrored by the forum's growth in stature and credibility over the past four years. It now attracts the support of the UK and Ireland’s premier c-store groups:
"The format was very good and the mix of attendees excellent." John Heagney, Nisa-Today’s
"The speed meetings and range of suppliers the event attracts is perfect, allowing meaningful new opportunities to develop." Calum Kirk, The Co-operative Group
"I thoroughly enjoyed the event and certainly believe got value both in terms of identifying new suppliers and building new friendships in the industry." Brian Donaldson, The Maxol Group
The forum is all about achieving the highest standards of customer experience, improving efficiencies and lowering costs. Staged at the stunning Pullman Cannes Mandelieu Royal Casino Hotel, C-Store Forum is fully residential and over the course of 1½ days, combines a program of pre-arranged one-to-ones with informal networking.
The final night dinner will take place at Rado Plage located on the famous Croisette between the Martinez and Carlton Hotels facing the sea. The legendary beach restaurant was created 50 years ago and is now managed by the 3rd generation of Rotondaros.
Retailers with 10+ stores qualify for one complimentary place per company. For further details please contact fiona@openroomevents.com.

Extremely informative. Every single vendor I saw today is a likely to be of value. I’ve never seen so many of such relevance in one day.
